  1. When do my 2020 benefits elections take effect?

    The elections you made during the 2020 Open Enrollment period take effect January 1, 2020.

  2. What if I didn’t enroll during the Open Enrollment period November 4th – 15th?

    If you did not enroll by the November 15, 2019 deadline, your current elections will rollover to 2020. Otherwise, you will have to wait until next fall’s Open Enrollment period to join our benefits program unless you have a qualified change in status. See the Benefits Guide for more information.

  3. As a new hire, how long do I have to enroll in benefits?

    If you are a new hire, you must complete the new hire benefits enrollment with 31 days of hire, including your date of hire. The benefits you elect will be effective on the 1st of the month following your hire date. If you are hired on the first of the month, then coverage your be effective on your date of hire provided you enroll in benefits within the 31-day window.
