Supplemental Life and AD&D

  1. Am I eligible to elect Supplemental Life and AD&D?

    Yes. You can also purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D for you, your spouse, or your child(ren). Please see the Benefits Guide for more details.

  2. Am I required to provide Evidence of Insurability if I purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D? (for Managers)

    If you did not elect this optional coverage during Open Enrollment last year but elect during this year's Open Enrollment, you will be required to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI). EOI may also be required if you increase your coverage.
